"New staff and WOW, they were fantastic!! Very friendly and super professional.... This is a great team here. I am so please with my office visit and dental work. Dr. Parsa is very knowledgeable and knows her dentistry. She is very skilled, her work is top tier, and definitely 1 of the best in dentistry. Merrissa her assistant, is just as sharp and is very diligent in keeping you clean while procedures are being conducted. Finally, the front office admin was exceptionally enjoyable and easy to work with, warm smiling faces upon entering this facility, definitely insures confidence to clients like myself. Thank you Rosie for being so helpful, and also explaining and breaking down all the paperwork and insurance jargon. Bright Now Dental Team, you guys are the best and are appreciated, thank you!!!"

"I went in for regular cleaning. My appt was at 11am. Ended up leaving at 1pm because It wasn’t until 1230 that they actually started doing the cleaning and it's not because they had a lot of clients and like the assistant said, it wasn’t because they were short staffed either. Prior to that, they had rescheduled my appt twice and both times were because the dentist was taking too long with appts. One of the those times, I was already there. They even told me that I should make my appts in the morning because the appts that take too long are left for the afternoon and that’s why the dentist ends up moving or canceling appt. Unfortunately, they struggle with respecting people’s time and respond like they’re offended when you question their mismanagement. I only agreed to go back to the appt because the receptionist said he promised it would not happen again and that they shouldn’t have me waiting this long. At this point, I will be looking into another location."

"Staff was nice, and the dentist was very informative. Unfortunately the Manager up sells you, charges way to much for a upper set of dentures. That's with insurance, plus thousands out of pocket fees, I was very disappointed, knowing your a senior on fixed income, and not trying to service people within there insurance limit. Will give complaint to Kaiser and Delta Care, their program for Senior Advantage Medi-cal and Medicare program is a joke, these offices, need to be taken out their provider handbook, this was the second place from handbook. Not here to help their communities, but to put in debt. P.S. The dentist was very sweet, and seem to genuinely care for patients!"

"Olga the office manger was amazing. She was very sweet and helpful with the details of my insurance coverage. The doctors were great also! Gentle hands and my teeth look a lot better than when I walked in! My 11 year old approved. He always dreaded the dentist due to bad experiences, he would come out crying! Safe to say he hates dentist, but after his fillings and deep cleaning he gave 2 thumbs up no pain and no tears this time. We will be back for more treatment, we are looking forward to the service all the staff at bright now dental in Santa Ana on Bristol has to offer!"
