"We were planning to file our tax with them this year we are glad we didn’t go through them. My husband called to ask few questions, I don’t know the name of the person who attended call but she was very rude. I understand we are close to the end date but it doesn’t mean you can speak rude. She could have told politely to send the questions through email instead of being rude and showing all her work frustration on us. Also, they charge a plenty of money to file tax. We got it done with someone else for half of the price they had told us. Save your money guys. Adding reply to your comment "WE WEREN'T EXPECTING YOU TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS RIGHT AWAY, WE JUST SAID YOU WERE NOT POLITE ENOUGH". BTW we got our tax filed outside for LESS THAN HALF price of what you told :) Thanks for being rude it helped us go to other place and save money, else we would have continued filing with you :)"
