"Ridiculously expensive tax preparation prices. Every year they've been charging me more and more money when my filing information has not changed. I asked why and they said "because this year is a longer form and more paperwork." They lie to their clients. Last year they didn't send all of my forms and I was mailed a letter by the the IRS. "I arrived to do a procedure at this place that does not take the person more than 5 minutes to do and since the girl who was at the entrance came in asked me what I needed, I told her to make a payment and she answered me very despotically that why was I arriving so late? that they were going to close and I told him that I only needed to make a payment and he told me that he would no longer help me and I told him that if they are no longer going to serve the people they will lock the door and he just laughed at me, I do not recommend this no place for anyone, they have no idea what it means to serve people, it is a message for Mr. Nava that he has to talk to his workers. This lady is inept, I don't know her name but she was working today July 3, 2018"
