Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"I will never waste my time with this particular Bankofamerica because it's always extremely crowded and you get very poor Customer Service Assistance which is very slow!!! This bank is also ghetto!! Also whenever you call, no one answers the phone when you're trying to make an appointment and the reason calling them is because I'm unable to access my online account because it's closed and I want to reopen it so I can deposit money into it!"

"2/2/24 there a bank teller in a red coat just gossiping to the tellers behind the glass and I was in line for my client (who was sitting in a chair facing the handicap window ) I’m a caretaker for seniors and I said excuse me from the line ( I was about 12 peoples back from being next ) she looked annoyed I interrupted her conversation I asked how does the handicap window work sarcastically she repeated what I said with a annoyed look I explained my client and another lady are sitting there I see a few elderly in line with canes she said someone is usually out to assis she said you wait in line for my client I replied what happens if she’s alone ? This lady came out took my client to the atm had her stand in line brung the chair to the atm the lady in front us was senior as well and took longer then the line I then asked since we missed out spot in line can another teller help she then took my client card asked her info out loud I told her she need more privacy the lady in the red jack around 1pm was wrong so wrong and I made sure she knew but I really think this branch should treat they seniors better Gardena is full of them and people prey on the elderly the bank make enough money to ensure they have privacy and help assisting shoe couldn’t even get the bills she wanted because the lady in the red jacket worst customer service skills don’t listen she took her to the atm that has only 10 she wanted fives and ones and she basically said take these tens I’m going to call to complain to cooperate or maybe an email because it’s the next day and I still can’t believe our experience and I’m young noticing the neglect and unprofessionalism"

"I don’t know what is guys doing. There are more than 10 people on the line. And they only have 1 cashier in the bank. What wrong with you guys? You guys have about 10 windows and only 1 guy work inside"

"Absolutely horrible customer service! I waited over one hour for a cash withdrawal transaction. The bank manager, Viviana Gomez, did her best to provide an explanation as to why there were only TWO tellers assisting customers. While I appreciate the effort to explain the situation, the response was simply unacceptable and almost a joke. It is unimaginable how a bank as big as Bank of America can operate an organization with so little staff. There was at least 20 people waiting in line. I even took it a step further and inquired how many tellers worked on a busy day like Friday and the response was up to FOUR! You have to be kidding!! Extremely poor customer service and lack of consideration towards the customers in the area. Corporate needs to provide more staff to our local banks immediately! Another customer even commented on how she just left the bank on Rosecrans and Main and they did not have ANY staff! How is that possible?!?!"

"I made a deposit at this location 1450 w Redondo Blvd Gardena , ca of my employment check $3150 ATM ID number is ICAD4179 this machine swallowed my check and canceled the transaction. Never gave me the check back also did not produce a receipt for this transaction just a blank small paper now my account has been placed on a negative almost $2000 I’ve reported this fraudulent issue to several Bank of America representatives only to get the run around. And have been told BOFA representatives to contact my Boss who is also not responding to my issue it’s definitely fraudulent activity with this particular bank . I deposited the Same work check two weeks prior with no problem just a three day hold . But with my second deposit vanished I had to wait forty five day’s for an investigation only to receive a letter to inform me that the check couldn’t be located. Let’s be (REAL) BANK OF America is practicing fraudulent activities with there clients I’ve been banking with this fraudulent bank since 2016 and have nothing but negative comments about their practices I’m seeking legal alternatives to defend this situation , but to all who bank with this entity BOFA YOU “ should pull your funds out immediately and never use their ATM’s other then that if you like magic just watch your funds disappear before your eyes .
