Chase Bank

"There are 10 windows in the building but I have only ever seen 1 open with a huge line. There are only two ATMs and it seems someone is always doing a ridiculously long transaction making it impossible to get quick cash at this location. Chase is such a terrible bank now, it used to have really good customer service. :-("

"I was greeted when I entered and asked how they can assist me. I only needed the ATM that was in their lobby. This atm gives you a choice of bills, 1's 5's 20's or 100's."

"The outdoor ATMs no longer work! So you have to use the little SUPER SLOW ATM inside or go to a teller. Which is very inconvenient for those who aren’t off work until the bank is closed."

"I went in there this afternoon for a simple banking matter. The teller was not trained how to do it. She asked the manager and he refused to show her how to do it. She then asked the bankers and they said they were too busy to help me “for the rest of the day”. She told me to call the customer service line and then dismissed me. I left and called the customer service line and they told me I needed to do it in the branch. So I went to the Seaside Chase Bank branch and the teller there helped me instantly, without any trouble. I’m hoping this Marina branch improves their customer service and employee training. In the meantime, I’d recommend the Seaside branch if you need anything more than an ATM."

"I see other people have had problems with the customer service here. I do not have an account here but my father does. Bluntly put, My 62-year-old mother died suddenly just a few days ago and she took care their finances. I went in with my father to help him get things in order. The banker, named ANGEL, we dealt with was callous, cold, and not even polite. My parents and I also lost our home in a wildfire less than six months ago. This was all mentioned during our exchange as we attempted to find certain funds. This man said nothing. I not looking to be pitied and I understand that being a banker doesn't mean you have to care about people, but it is a service business.... And a little human compassion goes a long way. Also, words like "please" and "thank you" appear to not be in his vocabulary. ANGEL was the bankers name. Don't bother with this rude, feelingless man."
