"I went in to purchase some earbuds, I went to electronics and waited and waited. Finally when the employee was able to help me, it turns out she didn't have the keys so that I could purchase what I came for. What should have been a simple 10-minute task took an hour and a half and I was not able to purchase what I came for."

"It’s is what you expect for a Walmart. Some friendly faced employees and then not so friendly employees. Manager is nice guy and does his job with a smile even though he deals with a ton of rude customers. 3 stars is because there have been many times I have been followed by LP in uniform and in plain clothes. They are not very subtle and they tend to be rude for no reason. At this point I only go to this location when I absolutely have to. I just go to Target which is further and more costly but I don’t get followed around like a thief. Also to note: When you use self checkout there is a man that will literally pull things out of your cart and say “you need to scan these” and argue with you about what’s scanned or not. Every time that has occurred the employee was wrong and even with showing him the cart and everything in it has tried to make me double pay for whichever item it was. Mornings are best and mid afternoon. Evenings are horrible."

"Terrible customer service went to get a spray can asked someone if they could open it was told they had no keys and to press the button..so pressed the help button no one showed up after 10 min asked another worker she said the same thing I told her I had pressed the button and no one showed up then with an attitude she goes and opens it being completely rude the entire time. If u don't want to be asked for help don't work at a retail and if that's the kind of workers walmart employs no wonder people prefer going to target.."
