"Ordered a dozen long stem Roses to be delivered to my wife at work for our anniversary. Great communication and support on the front end. Responded to phone and texts promptly. Flowers arrived on time and looking good (as pictured)! 2 days later half the dozen we're head hung low and dropping petals (had to trash). 3 days later the remaining flowers were literally stinking and rotten. I don't want to trash a small business rating, but had hoped for much better quality/longevity for the price. (Was also little disappointed that the flowers were handed off to an officemate to be delivered rather than actually handed over to the intended recipient directly, but that may have been outside of their control)"
