I was surprised with how quickly we were in and out not to mention how much more affordable this was in comparison to even the cheapest of ski resorts. Staff was quick, helpful and friendly"

"Wow we came here looking at the snow equipment and the service was impeccable. The staff are all so knowledgeable and super willing to help educate you to find what gear will suit you best. I can't commend them enough for their hard work and dedication. It can definitely get busy but everyone was very efficient while being patient with us. The ski/snowboard rental prices are also pretty reasonable, slightly cheaper than some other places around."

"I had a great time in Sports Basement Campbell. I called at 3 PM and asked them to hold an item for me, the guy on the phone was super friendly and checked inventory to confirm before holding it. I came in right before closing and they got it for me quickly. A few other associates also answered plenty of questions I had about their outerwear. This is the best sporting goods store in all of The Bay, in terms of selection, price, and service! I'd certainly come back"
