"So I went to the Madison in Campbell! I was seen by Brianna, a professional and very polite person, but unfortunately she didn't do the hair I expected and as she said on the website. I chose to highlight my entire hair, from the front, back, sides and top of the hair. Finally, when the assistant finished my hair with a blow dry because I paid to have it dried too, I saw that it didn't look the way I wanted and I paid. So I spoke to Brianna and she just wasn't professional and just said I told her that it wouldn't be the way she wanted it, and it's true and I was going to cancel it but she went back and saw how I wanted it and said she would do it that way. and what I could do. which was not the case! I left very dissatisfied with the service, I just wanted more highlights, the color of the highlights were beautiful, but the only thing I asked for was more highlights because I wanted to look really blonde. Anyway, I'm giving this report because I wish I had paid for something I liked. But I'm still grateful for her time and the girls who helped her!"

"I love this salon service. I had been using Madison Reed Hair Color at home since early in 2016, but when the Color Bar opened it was a game changer. This is a convenient location and the salon is clean and very organized. The service is efficient, always on time, and I so appreciate how quickly my hair service is complete. My color is always as I expect."

"Yesterday I went for the first time to try MR's services, I had already made an online account and I arrived 10 minutes early, they took me immediately. The saloon is very spacious and decorated in white and purple, it has exhibitors with many products and a new concept because the services are done in an area without mirrors. The entrance is prepared for wheelchairs. I arrived with a coffee in hand and when I finished it they offered me a bottle of water, the girl who did my balayage very soft and attentive, then another one washed my hair and added a dye to improve the color. I had already chosen the option to dry my hair myself - if you prefer they dry & style for $45 - so I was shown a station with a drawer full of clean brushes and combs, a small towel, serums, volume creams. I loved the experience, going back in a few weeks for a touch up. I highly recommend this salon for a relaxing moment with good service."
