And, Eric, the technician that actually does the MRIs, is a gifted professional with a lot of patience and understanding. My experience was better than I could have ever expected!"

"I cannot say enough awful things about this place. There website says they take Medi-cal/medicaid, google says they take medicaid, there corporate billing office says they take medicaid, all of the agents who set procedure appointments say they take Medi-cal...even Medi-cal/medicaid says they take my insurance. However, this particular office keeps saying they DO NOT take my insurance, they keep cancelling my appointment even after both my doctors office and myself have spent MANY hours trying to rectify this. The girls on the phone at the office are extremely rude and will hang up on you especially if you know how to do their job more than they do. I have a potential life threatening issue and need a standing MRI but they refuse to do their job let alone do it kindly. The supervisor won't call back their corporate office let alone me to rectify this situation! I could have already died waiting on them."

Highly recommended Update I just did a brain MRI for the first time during pandemic and thought I would never get through the first 5 minutes but David and his assistant made me feel so calm and relaxed so I can get it done quick!
