"Person forgot to ask me for a form. Had to reschedule, re-file, and pay more for their mistake. I may have not had my form I needed but I would hope the pros would know enough to ask for it. At least don't charge me another 40 on top of 160 for basic tax filing when you screw up. Never again"

"I never leave reviews but I couldnt let this experience be swept under the rug. H & R Block should be run by professionals. Obviously. But the Los Osos office has a pathetic excuse of a "professional" working there. My mom called their office and was laughed at and ridiculed for politely asking if she could come in today for an appointment. This Ogre not only lacks the skills of a professional, she doesn't even have basic customer service skills. Geez. You're an embarrassment to humanity. You just don't treat people like that. Thankfully Camille at the Morro bay office was kind, informative, helpful and accommodating. But most importantly she was professional. Happily taking my business there."

"The Person who made my appointment from the Morro Bay CA. had the wrong file waiting for me in Los Osos Ca. when I arrived I have been a regular client of H&R and found it very non personal , to be treated this way , I was taken back by this and made to feel not too important as a client , I am considering a new tax person for my next years taxes , they should have gotten my name and date of birth right it is not a what ever situation"
