"Completely unprofessional. Sent my fathers ashes out of state and barely put any bubble wrap in the box. The container of ashes bounced around as they went across the country causing the bag of ashes in the container to break open. Once I opened the container up I got got ashes on my hands. I called to complain as I felt this was insanely disrespectful even if not intentional. How do you put such little effort into mailing someone's loved ones remains? Barely ANY packaging. I ended up calling and speaking to the owners son. He said his father, the owner of the funeral home would call me back. I never got a call back. Instead I got a generic printed card in the mail just like the one I had already received but this time with the owners signature on it. These people don't care. He couldn't even be bothered to call me back."
