"Edit: I had the owner assess for an estimate of work to be done (changing 4 recessed lights and installing 3 new lights), said they would call me with an amount. They never called and despite several phone calls by myself they would not give me an estimate so the work could be scheduled. Electrician who came to the house previously was great, but the owner was unprofessional, not willing to give an estimate even though he came to my home and did not return my call. Would not recommend them."

"First time I used them they were great. Second time I called an ask them to let me know how much to change out a light switch. They didn't call me back. Worker show up he was.very nice. But when he had to call to get a price.from the owner. He gave me the phone the owner didn't want to talk to me said for the man to just go back to office he was rude. I would of had the man that came fix it. If it wasn't for the owner being so rude. Owner was not professional. The worker was. When your on a fixed income you need to know how much their prices are before the work is done. Not.afterwards"

A gentleman answered the first time I called and he scheduled a visit to inspect the damage for the next morning, within 24 hours. Although they were a little late to arrive, the gentleman was professional, competent, knowledgeable, and helpful. He didn’t just “inspect the damage,” he ensured my family was safe to stay in the home by repairing the faulty wiring, he correctly labeled the circuits on the breaker box, he tested the other thermostats to make sure they were in safe, working order, and he made sure our heat was working to keep our family warm before he left. Thank you for offering excellent, reliable service during a difficult, traumatic experience."

The person who contacted me was very pleasant and helpful. His men turned up promptly and it was finished in one day. The charge seemed appropriate.
