"Staff is unpleasant. My father had a trust account there and I have had nothing but grief from the elders who run the bank. They are condescending and uneducated about how trusts work. Multiple times I've had to have my attorney call and explain to them the trust "which is in plain writing" my advice is go to fifth third. Save yourself the overdraft frees and self-righteous glances of dimwits. I'm sure if these so called higher ups tried to get a job at McDonald's they would be fired."
