"I have been with this bank for 22 years and two buyouts and my local branch was shut down leaving me to drive two counties over which is about a 40-minute drive one way I have two small loans with the bank however 2023 left a single mom in a terrifying position where my son got deathly ill suffered two strokes and he spent eight days in ICU 5 days on life support had to return back to his childhood home for me to take care of him I lost my job but had $5,000 dollars like the experts say to have in case of an emergency I thought would get us through ( my 12 year old and I ) but it did not and I was delayed in returning back to work as I was the number one caregiver of my son in his childhood home giving him infusions on The daily needless to say all of my business endeavors bank accounts and bills got backed up I've been able to work everything out and have been given such compassion from my community from my local insurance company from my electric company all businesses that I've done business with for over a decade however this Bank feels that they should charge me for everything my account is actually negative due to their fees they've charged me I'm not seen as a person with this bank I'm only see as money and I hate saying that but their behavior towards my very desperate situation is not compassionate I understand that a bank needs to make money but slapping me with everything all the fees that they're charging me the way they've spoken to me has made me feel like I'm less of a human being but just last year they wanted to talk about getting me into some big loans and I was one of their great customers when I was financially stable but let one little human thing happen and I'm treated like a peasant on the street there has been one great gal here at this Bank she actually came with me from the other bank that they closed locally but unfortunately she's not the manager of the branch because then I probably would be giving some kind of compassion from this Bank"
