I do not know what her name was but I'm hoping she can get a raise because she was extremely helpful and respectful. Way too go girl! You made me happy this morning to not deal with someone unexperienced this early in the morning! Thanks again!"

"we haven’t had water in days and they were supposed to turn it on. Called them again at 7am and they said it would be on today, it’s almost 3 pm and we still have no water. This happens all the time and they take 3-5 business days to turn it on when they say it’ll be on sometime today."

"Terrible customer service. Terrible trying to contact. We had a water leak that we thought was the City of Huntington's job to come look at. They came and marked it up on 12/7. Then next thing we know, American Water comes and shuts off our water on CHRISTMAS DAY. And now they are not adjusting our bill from a leak that was proven not our fault. We have proof, receipts, did everything right. Was promised a call back from a supervisor, never got one. Then had to wait to call them and was on hold for over an hour. Called them, they refused to even give me a supervisor's name or a better contact since no one likes to answer the phones there. Or call when promised. Terrible. Just overall hell dealing with them."
