"The staff has always been kind here, no issues there, but this poor review is about their outside ATM's. They are antiquated and poorly serviced, which I understand PNC outsources. This morning, before work, I attempted to make a deposit through the drive through ATM. The machine took my card, counted my money and then suddenly the screen said, "This Transaction Cannot Be Processed. Please call your financial institution." It did NOT return my cash and it did NOT give me a receipt. So I sat in the cue and called the 800 number. She showed no sign of a deposit to my account and so, would have to open an "investigation". Cool. I'll let my mortgage company know what's up. Obviously, I wasn't happy with that so she was courteous enough to issue a "provisional credit" along with the investigation. PNC needs to do better--I can tell they don't really care anymore about their presence in this area. They've closed 2 branches within 5 miles of my house and provided our area with an ATM in a UDF that is often "not accepting deposits". Whoever services their machines needs to be reprimanded."
