"I cannot say enough positive things about the team at Middendorf. When our dad died in April of this year, we were not prepared in the least little bit, and they walked us through everything. We were met with compassion and grace, and we did not feel pressured, which was a huge help and relief to us because we did not know what to expect. They even made themselves available outside of regular hours for when we had questions and made sure we were taken care of and felt supported. The service was lovely and my dad was well taken care of and we didn’t have to worry. I would recommend anyone use their services. Everything they did was very thoughtful and they took time to personally learn about my Dad and our family, to make the service personalized. I am comforted by the fact, knowing my dad was treated with respect and dignity, and that his service was provided with care. He would have been proud."
