"Regarding their mortgage department: Paul Hellman was impatient and rude when asked questions about their physician's mortgage loan requirements. I asked to continue the application process with his boss Shawn Huss who declined to help. This prejudiced behavior cost their company not only a great deal, but a potential repeat lifetime customer. Warsaw Federal should consider replacing both of these individuals with true professionals. I would recommend Huntington and Bank of America as better alternatives to any other physicians looking to be treated with common decency and respect. Don't waste your time with this bank."

We recently were a victim of fraud on our debit card for over $200.00. When I contacted them they told me there was nothing they could do for me which I don't understand because all of that money is protected. They didn't even bother to shut our cards off once notified. Needless to say I've closed all of our accounts with them and gone to a bigger, more caring bank. Think about this before opening accounts with small neighborhood banks."
