However I called this local branch that I used often in the past and they were able to assist me within 10 minutes and have my card unlocked. 10/10 would do business with again"

"This branch is the absolute worst. I've been a Huntington customer for over a decade and I NEVER have the trouble I have here at any other branches. Tellers will sit and talk to each other about their kids while a line of people waits. The goal of the tellers here doesn't seem like it's to help customers. It's to look for reasons not to help them. I do my best to avoid this branch but unfortunately I had no other option this morning."
"I absolutely love Huntington Bank! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I like the 24 hour grace on accidently going into a negative balance, plus they make every effort to let you know so you don't have to pay an overdraft charge. I have been a customer for 6 years and have never had an issue. I can't day the same for US Bank. I had been a customer for over 20 years and had quite a few issues with them. I guess my only problem with them is that since i moved, I no longer have a location nearby. It would be great if they put one in Campbell County.. A great location would be around Newport Pavillion or The Newport Shopping Center, because they have that new Newport Gaming spot. The places I mentioned are very high traffic areas. Huntington, please consider it. ♡"
