"My mother passed away February 1, 2024. My family was devastated, to say the least. I had reached out to a friend who recommended Alliance; they gave me their number. The morning after my mother passed in hospice, I called Alliance to set up a meeting. Kim was the friendly voice on the other end of the line reassuring me that she had already picked up our mother from hospice in Florence. She met with us thirty mins. early that morning! As soon as we met Kim, my sister and I knew our mom was in the best of care! She talked to us for hours, answered all of our questions, and we even had a cry session together regarding recent family/friends that had passed. She was honest, fair and facilitated all of our needs (as well as gave us direction along the way). Thank you, Kim, for talking to Mom (when we couldn’t hold her hand), guiding us through this terrible tragedy and keeping your patience when we called several times a day!
