"To be honest, US Bank doesn't have this problem. If you're a person that has kids and a wife and live kinda paycheck to paycheck, don't use the atm for check deposits. You can deposit 100 checks (which are Huntington Bank checks, only reason for the account) from the same company for years, and if it's 30 minutes after they close, don't use atm. They'll put a hold on that check, even if you're in the green and owe nothing. Up to 7 days. And they decide when to give you YOUR money. They do that because they know you'll live off that money and withdraw it. They want to hold onto YOUR money as long as possible. Watch out. Would give them negative 10 stars if it wasn't for the clerks. Super nice people, but the higher ups will let you starve before giving you what's yours. Facts, be careful with them. I know it seems petty but I have to wait on a little 3000 dollar check to clear that's coming from a another Huntington account. Please. A thousand petty incidents adds up to the big picture. And they wonder why a big part of the population doesn't trust the top. Hmmm. But I'm on life lesson number 4,024, don't deposit checks into an atm"

She took the time to understand what I wanted to do, she asked great questions, and was able to explore a few different options that were personalized to me. She had me consider every bit of my overall finances before making a recommendation and by the end of my conversation, she felt more like family than just a banker. I cannot express enough how rare it is to find such a personal, thoughtful person at a time when finding good help is so hard these days."

"First of all these workers are snobs and don't care about your financial problem. MY fiance and I just closed our account because we pay monthly for an overdraft account in which you have 24hrs to pay back without a penalty. So with that being said we go to use our card(the day before my payday) to have our card declined. So we call customer service and they said that basically they choose what we can overdraft on. So why am I paying for this option? So we just closed the account and you would think the banker would at least try to stop you and detour you from doing so in order to keep their business but nope. He was happy to close the account and just shrugged his shoulders to the situation. This world now days. I pray Isis takes us all out"
