"This is a review of Chase in general. They're customer service with the average Joe so to speak is abysmal. No loyalty. My mother inlaw has been on an account with my father in law sine the 80s. He recently died in March. Since they had been Customer the bank had given them leeway paid checks and charged fees if needed. Well since his death they have just awful to my mother inlaw and I as I try to help with everything. Now it is all about algorithms and 20 different customer service lines all of which won't help. Now they have restricted her account and are holding all of her social security money for a week and a half. When asked how we were going to pay bills they said that's your problem. If it was possible to give a 0 I would."
