"Terrible location in pretty much every way. The parking lot looks like landmine's went off everywhere. There's literally only one employee who is polite or worth your while. You can always count on the ATM being broken. Save frustration, drive to the US-42 location."

"Staff is friendly and this review is strictly based on the fact that I need to get my car realigned every time I go through their parking lot. Not sure what bombs or missles they’ve been testing here but it’s absolutely ridiculous … but what’s even more unbelievable is how long it’s been like this with what seems like zero effort or care to fix this issue after bringing it to they’re attention on more than a number of occasions. Just wait till someone rolls and ankle or something and maybe after a lawsuit they’ll listen? Come on Chase. Do better."

"My husband was granted guardianship of his mother due to her being in hospice and only given a few days to live. He took the paperwork to her bank to be able to access her account to pay her bills and final arrangements. They refused to accept the court order and refused him access. She passed away later that day. We were forced to obtain an attorney to get the account dispensed to be able to pay her funeral expenses. We have been fighting with them for days while we are trying to also deal with a death in the family. All because they chose to violate a court order."

"Chase is hands-down the worst financial institution I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with! We have banked with them for over 30 years and they have continually treated us like we are ‘less than.’ They’ve repeatedly turned us down for home and car loans. Our credit scores are over 800! When we’ve needed special services, they were rude and demeaning, often denying the services requested. I would gladly give less stars if that were an option. Be warned! Stay away from this bank!!!"

"I opened a high school checking account about 5 years ago with chase and never had a problem until now. Recently I tried to deposit a relatively large check into my account with chase. I know that it takes other banks up to ten days to clear a large check so I decided to open a chase sapphire account with chase since they told me that the expected date that I would get the check would be 4 days from the date I tried to deposit it. It passed those 4 days, I called, and for some reason another hold was placed on my check for an additional 7 days which is the longest I’ve seen a large check to clear. Now I will be missing rent, car payment, insurance payment, & surprise, ELECTRICITY! Thanks Chase for ruining my credit! If you have large checks, don’t go through chase."
