"They allowed my account to be hacked several times including once when their ATM took my card and required that I go to the bank. I use a walker and no automatic door for me to get in. Not good for handicapped people at this branch."

"Went there for a counter check was double charged for 1 check noticed immediately was told since it was pending they would call me the next day when it was taken care of. Next day no call it was the weekend so I gave them until Monday called supposedly the branch manager approved my refund 2 days later still no refund and now have to make a 3rd trip in to get this fix. Customer service is lacking shouldn't be this hard to fix something their teller messed up on."
