"Absolutely a joke, can't get ahold of anyone at this location by phone, they are of no help to my customer (her titlework to her vehicle was lost by this location and after putting in a request to locate it, it was stated "my best guess is it was sent back to the sender", nice to know they have to "guess" at their job). Incompetence from the Federal government, no surprise there!"

"I have to drive to a VERY dangerous area, FAR away from my house, because the mailman is too lazy to knock on my door with certified mail. Then they're ALWAYS closed, no matter when I get there, and they don't answer the phone either. It's infuriating, especially when the much safer and infinitely more professional Bville PO is much closer. Close this nasty location, and move it all to the Bville PO!"

"If I could rate this location a 0/5 I would. Trying to track down a package and they absolutely REFUSE to answer phone calls. Only open from 1-4pm and they just dont know how to answer a f'ing phone call? Just demolish the building if its going to stay empty 24/7"

"Terrible location and there's never any employees available at the window. I've had numerous of letters sent here when I lived nearby and I refused to get them. I always just emailed/called whomever sent the letter or package and explained why I'm not retrieving it and for them to jist send it to my address or wrk address."

"I have used this location for about 18yrs with my same box# and I've never had any problems from them what so ever! I miss alot of the friendly staff that has came and gone because certain ones went above and beyond to help you! They could actually lift your spirits and not even realize it! Lol! Now on the other hand, the parking lot is in very bad shape and has been for a very long time! It's a accident waiting to happen! The elderly people who have to get out and go in the building could very easily fall or trip over the broken lot pieces! Those pot holes are very deep and causes a very hard jolt to your vehicle when you first pull in! I've actually drug in my car before from backing out of the lot! I don't know who's responsible for the repairs on this but either the City or the USPS need to address these issues!"
