"This store has recently been remodeled and updated. It looks very clean, and the workers are friendly. BTW, the ice cream is excellent!"
"Ice cream was good. Quick service with great employees."
"This is strictly to management of this Baskin Robbins. I grew up in Huntington and Baskin Robbins in the summer is a staple. Tonight, I came with my daughter at 9:30 PM (30 minutes before closing apparently). It was not busy and we were the only customers there. There were 3 young boys working behind the counter. First, we were not greeted when I came in and that is literally the first time that has ever happened here. Second, we were not asked if we could be assisted, one employee just stood there staring at me while my daughter looked at the flavors. Once we got our ice cream cone, my daughter accidentally dropped hers on the floor (the scoop fell off the cone) and the employee serving us did give her another scoop, which I was thankful for but when I went to pay, the employee ringing me up said “Can you pick that up?” And pointed to the dropped ice cream. Um. Ok. Don’t you want to clean the floor where the ice cream was? No? You want to stay behind the counter and ask the customer to pick it up for you? Ok. I was pretty surprised seeing that there were 3 employees there so one of them could have easily come and picked it up and cleaned the area but instead they asked me to. I grabbed some napkins and picked it up per their not-so-nice request but wasn’t sure what to do with it so I put it on the top of the ice cream freezer. At no point did someone who worked there offer to help me or even say “Don’t worry about it, we will clean it up.” I’ve never been asked to clean up something at an establishment, ever. What in the world happened to excellent customer service? My 6 year old did say “Well, mom, they are just teenagers.” And while she has a point, I still think there is an opportunity here to teach your employees to care about the service they provide to patrons of your establishment. Thanks for coming to my TED talk."
"Tried to take the kids for ice cream on Friday night 5/19/23 at 9:10pm. The open sign was on and hours sign said open till 10pm but they had the door locked. The parking lot was packed. Some people walked over to the drive thru to get an order. We just left and took our business elsewhere. This is the second time they have closed before hours. The Last time we were in the store they locked the doors 30 minutes before closing. It’s sad businesses are hurting and this doesn’t help. Go to Austin’s downtown they were packed and happily serving customers."
"$ 10.00 for 2. Look closely as there is more cup than hot fudge sundae.2 scoops ..ha..barely ONE if that. A squirt of whipped cream. 2nd time being insulted! LOOK BEFORE TAKING! LOOK CLOSELY YOU CAN SEE ENTIRE RIM OF CUP. NOT JUST TOP RIM. CUP WAS BEAR ALL THE WAY DOWN MILKSHAKES LAST TIME WERE LIKE THICK MILK AND COULD NOT GUESS THE ACTUAL FLAVOR."
