"I just walked into store on 4-28- 24 at 3:45pm a male and female is working and the female talking about she’s the boss they checked out a costumer while I was in there never one time did they ask me if I needed help or even a simple hello and acknowledge me as a customer not even after the other customer leaving! I was in store almost 15. Minutes and not word!!They was to busy talking to each other to attend to costumers ! I did not feel welcomed at all ! I I actually left because I felt so uncomfortable and didn’t even purchase the items I wanted because I felt like I wasn’t there. I’m walking out the door they say goodbye ! You can’t acknowledge me or say hello or ask if I need help but tell me goodbye very very poor customer service!"

"I have a son who is 19 years old and he is about to graduate from springvalley high school, he is also autistic, with that being said, he traded in 2 games yesterday to get store credit towards something else, he also had earned himself 20 bucks for mowing my grass. He ends up having almost enough for 2 games, but he was shy 5 bucks. Without hesitation he says oh wait a minute and knocks 5 off the price! And my son was smiling! Thank you so much gamestop, for making my son so happy yesterday! I will always tell ppl what a great store/employees"

"I beg to differ about the rudeness that I've experienced at this location. I prefer Merritt's Creek location, but this store is closer to my home. Not to mention any names but they need to offer tips on how to treat customers by starting with management.."

"People that complain about the workers rudeness usually are the people who only come in once ever so often and act like they are video game masters.. I had same issue when I switched Gamestop I use but once they saw I'm a actual gamer they became family.. they have always went above An beyond to make sure I get the absolute best deal possible I've made great friends here but if your attitude is negative and you act ignorant about how much you receive on trade-ins like the employees have any control over what your offered then you will get treated with the same attitude you have given them plain and simple. Highly recommend the staff and store for your video game needs!"

"Always really rude workers threatening to call the police on you for no reason. One time I came in there with my card, my chip is currently broke and the man accused me of stealing my own debit card. Refused to sell me the game because he believed my card was stolen even though I have valid ID to prove its mine. This is completely ridiculous, the workers need an attitude check, some customer service classes or just shut the place down. It's the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Also made fun of my grandmother for playing wizard 101 and her buying cards, she won't ever walk in a game stop again because of this service. This needs stopped."
