"Climate controlled which was the reason I went here, small elevator, and lacking carts to transport your belongings in and around hallways. Tight corners almost wasn't able to put my couch there because of the small hallways. Horrible layout in parking. It is gated, but the gate stays open super long and had a homeless man walk in and ask me for money. Who knows what else could have happened, like a robbery or theft. I thought with all that security cameras, gates and door codes stuff like that wouldn't have happened."
"The company has rental property, and were interested in a house they had in St. Albans. Spoke to them on June 17 and agreed to be at the house at 3:00pm on June 18. They said when we arrived to call to get the code to the lockbox to get the key. We arrived on time and made SEVERAL calls and left 2 voicemail messages with no response or answers. We waited 20 minutes, and decided they were not interested in renting the home and left."
