"Very unprofessional way to handle things, they gave no warning or heads up to dropping service with my address.never showed up on agreed day, which is whatever, however when not being able to make agreed upon day, never communicated with what days they would come. I work late shifts and wife would be asleep during day because she worked nightshift Reasoning when comfront by myself over phone was "never being able to get into back yard". Well in 3 an half months only 3 times did that ever happen. Due to lack of communication when they didn't 'come on agreed day'. Could have easily brought this up into conversation to be resolved. That would have been a professional way to handle things."
