"What a spectacle! A beautiful historic house covered in pumpkins, with a little street fair, too. I wish you could go in the house, but I understand why they don't want too many people going through - there was a huge crowd there on Halloween night. I had to park a few blocks away and walk down the closed street, but that wasn't too bad."
"I absolutely love going to the Pumpkin House. DEFINITELY a must see if you've never been. It is usually very crowded at night and gets more crowded as the evening goes on. There are food vendors this year they had live music and a station for kids to get coloring pages/books. I thought that was great."
"The night we went, it was extremely crowded. But people were friendly and the pumpkins were pretty detailed in some. They also have food vendors and potter potties on both ends of the road. You do not have to stand in a line to see it. Just walk up through the crowd and to the house."
"The Kenova Pumpkin House is a must-visit location in WV during the Halloween season. The amount of carved pumpkins is impressive and very cool to see, and seeing so many people from all over the place come to see this incredible house is incredible. The amount of work that goes into the display every year is obvious and it's great to see all the nearby businesses participating in their own ways as well. The pumpkin house is definitely worth the visit during the season if you've never been. There are usually several food trucks or fair-type foods here to snack on while you wait or while you're looking, so there's plenty of options for that while you're visiting as well."
"This was absolutely amazing. We drive 2 and a half hours to visit and we're thoroughly pleased. It rained most of the night, but it didn't matter. The place was easy to find. Plenty of parking along the street a couple blocks away, and amazing festival style food outside during the Fall Fest. If you see them, get the steak tips dinner! This will definitely become an annual event for my family. Definitely worth thr drive. We had a blast."
