Until you get a price gouge estimate two obvious hour and a half diagnosed oil leak and 3 hours to replace a drain plug not recommend this Freightliner if you aren't you at Price gouge after careful investigation you have lots more options Not break down here they think you have no choice take advantage and price gouge estimate after careful investigation you can transfer to other options and say over $2,500"
"I just wish there was an option for 6 stars!!! The service crew at the Nitro, WV location was absolutely amazing. The communication could not have been better. I was given an appointment date very quickly and they worked with me on a Saturday pick up time. Parts were ordered and installed very quickly. They will get all my business from now on!! "Wow. Just wow. My faith is restored in Freightliner service. I have avoided them(others around the country) like the plague for years. Matheny truck group is in a class by themselves. Warmly greeted by everyone we came in contact with, pulled in for assessment quickly and updated frequently. We were treated with such a level of care, I felt like we were old friends. Dave and the staff should be the model for Freightliner's across the country. There is a genuine authenticity and sense of honesty while speaking with the technician and Dave.
