"This entire operation is amazing from start to finish. The manager of the company, Josh, is personable, knowledgable and accommodating. He kept every promise he made to us about the entire process. His crew should up on time and worked the entire day non-stop to remove our old roof and install our new one. When they were done, they cleaned up the entire premises and did not leave one scrap behind. The next day, the company's owner/manager came out to inspect the job and make sure we were satisfied with everything. All Pro provided the type of service that is hard to come by these days. The quote that ALL PRO of South Point, Ohio gave us was minimal so we decided to do the work ourselves (the deductible is half what the job would cost). "I called All Pro because of storm and wind damage to my roof. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the job they did replacing it. I dealt with Jason Johnson who went above and beyond to try to prove to All State that my roof needs to be totally replaced. He went up on the roof twice with 2 different All State's roofers to be sure they saw the same damage that he saw and took pictures. All State's roofer and Jason both failed my roof. All State even called him and he offered to send pictures. All State only wanted to replace 51 shingles on a failed roof which would not have held and would look horrible as you can see my roof from the street. So I replaced it myself. If you need a new roof and someone who is willing to fight for your interest I recommend All Pro. I do not recommend AllState after being a policy holder for 40 + years.
