"Wish I could give this a zero star! This place is horrible. We were promised if we took the deal they'd do tax title and tags. Then Avery ask me why they'd tell me that? I'm like ask them... oh they are floating salesman we can't contact them. They charged of 2k in taxes they said because they lowered the price of the truck! We only paid for a temporary tag. Needless to say I'm running on a dealer tag and have been for months. They put the wrong name on all the paperwork so now they're working on it. Tesla is awesome she's doing her best to correct Avery's mess. My truck has been in the shop more than I've driven it. Josh service manager who's no longer there was a very honest person and went above and beyond to see things were fixed. James also went above and beyond to get me back on the road. The new owner got rid of Avery & Shelby as the should've very dishonest people. I could go in and on but I'm sure you get the idea! I hope things are turned around for the best and people are treated the way clients should be. Well one more thing I wasn't offered gap ins. When I ask about it 3 days later I was told it was too late to add it! Cindy McDonald"

"Very pushy bunch of people. I've had my car since April and still haven't received a maranda title so I can get regular plates for it. I'm on my second temp tag and it runs out in a few days. Don't know what to do. I called Ohio attorney general and made a complaint. Either give me what I need or give my money back and you can have the damn car back. I shouldn't have gone here. Never will again. If your smart you would definitely run the other direction. Every time we call about it they give us the runaround.. very rude bunch of motherfukers. Tell me. Tried to get the owners name and number but wouldn't give it to me.."

"Traded a car in on a truck, this is the worst dealership experience in my life after trading, they consistently will lie to you when your trying to get information about a license plate or a payoff on your trade. It was well over 8 weeks and they had never paid my trade off so I had to make another payment on it, the temporary tag expired while I was in Texas because no one will do their job. They promise to call back, nope never will. BEWARE , sketchy , liars , unprofessional"
