"Boyd county attorney office is refusing service too the public in violation of constitutional rights of it's citizens. Mr Hendrick's staff refuses to take a complaint or public records requests which the public has a right to redress their government. Two of guess assistants who answered the phones were extremely unprofessional and rude. One said she's was uncomfortable taking down the complaint, which is her job. A refusal to take this info anonymously is a neglect of her duties. Both hung up the phone repeatedly and then turned off receipt of caller id blocked calls to prevent or hamper redress of government. Is this what this Boyd county attorney says it's the best personnel there is? Not by as long shot. Mr Hendrick, your staff needs remedial training so as not too violate rights and act professionally. This comment is a public record and it is a violation of public records law to delete, remove, or edit. You are on notice."
