"Just worked with Bruce Shay via email and I could tell he didn't read a single thing I sent him. Told him specifically what we're looking for, and he sends me a link to listings that include ONLY ONE that fits what I asked for. He even forgot we had a pet after I had literally JUST told him that. All I wanted was a pet-friendly house for under $1,000/mo within 25 minutes from our jobs. Why would I want to see condos or other houses that are NOT pet-friendly? I've found more listings online by myself than from working with him. Very disappointed. I could understand if my list was outrageous, but it was pretty simple and VERY flexible. Wtf."
