"Did a good job on re-keying the locks I brought in a few year ago, though good thing I wasn't in a big hurry. It was the day before the Fourth of July and they definitely were busy, but they told me it would be about an hour or 90 minutes, and then they added on another 1-2 hours after that...and then I heard nothing more the rest of the day. I finally got a call late morning on the 5th. Again, perhaps they were overwhelmed with business, though the lady with the dark hair and glasses did seem a bit unfriendly and mildly agitated that I was asking for an update. I would probably work with them one more time during a non-holiday time of the year. UPDATE 12/10/2023 - I really wanted to support a local Springdale business, but my second experience was not good at all. I took in a key to be duplicated. All but one of the guys I interacted with seemed almost annoyed that I was there. They need some lessons in customer service. Even worse, they were very unresponsive and I had to call them multiple times over two weeks to get any kind of update. Very unprofessional, if you ask me. To make matters worse, even after two weeks with this key they could not duplicate it. I don't know why it took two weeks to come to this conclusion. This company has been in Springdale for a very long time, but I honestly don't understand why they get a lot of very positive reviews. I just don't. I'm sorry. I still give them two stars because they did successfully create new keys for a lock I brought in a few years ago...albeit with somewhat questionable customer service."

"Called yesterday and they told me someone was going to come today. They never gave me an estimated time of arrival but since I work from home , I didn’t think it was a big deal. Around 3pm, I called to ask when they were going to show up, this guy tells me that someone already showed up but the person didn’t have my phone # to call me and no one was home.That was a lie. Then he tells me the person who was going to come to my house was working at another site but was going to show up afterwards. The time is now 6:30pm, still no one on site so I called again . A lady this time, told me that it was after hours and she was going to try to get a hold of the “office”, she asked for my number .... again. Around 7pm I decided to go grab some dinner, and as I’m pulling out the garage, someone calls me and says “WHO IS THIS!!?” Then proceeds to tell me that he had someone to come to my house tomorrow! And that someone already went to my house and CALLED me but no one was home. Another lie. He also told me he showed no reservation for today. Also a lie. I told him I’ll just get another company and so should YOU!"

"Horrible customer service, told me they can make a key for my bike, 4 days later I go get the key it get it home it doesnt work, got the run around for another 4 days, manager or owner never called back to resolve the issue, went back up there, manager never there, called a few more times was left on hold until I hung up. Just a waste of time and money. You can literally go ANYWHERE else and get better results. If I could give them a negative star I would"
