"I had an appointment for a evaluation/quote to be performed. Lady who took my emails, Kim, said that their availability that day was open. We agreed to a 3p time. Nobody showed up by 5p, and they closed their office early to where nobody was available to answer any calls for clarity. She said the next day that each electrician thought the other was gonna meet me. This business apparently doesn't delegate and assign properly for work to be done. Terrible communication. Save your time and go with somebody else."
