"We called early yesterday morning to get a bid for office painting needed in our new expansion of space. The lady that answered the phone seemed to be having a bad day. I asked to speak to an estimator or project manager to get a bid on a painting project. She responded, "you have to tell me what your painting project is in order for me to know who to send you to". I told her it was a large office painting project. She didn't respond at all, simply put me into a voicemail for Pete. I left a message about the project and repeated the name of our company "Cincinnati Staffing" and our phone number twice and asked for a call. Not a word from Pete! This company has been in business since the 50's so they advertise. It is clear they lost their way and ended up with a rude receptionist who acted like I was bothering her, and no response from Pete. Pleased we found out at this stage rather than later, right?"
