"Jetz has kept washing machines out of order for months - some units up to over a year - without replacement or servicing at the complex I live in. 2024 has started with only 3 out of 8 washers functioning, with one occasionally skipping the spin cycle. The dryers do fine, but the washer situation needs remedied for a complex this size."

"I would give 0 stars if google allowed it. About 6 months or so ago our landlord decided to sub out our washer and dryer contract where we live. So here comes jetz service. What a joke as our machines now are more expensive and wash less clothing per load than before because they recalibrated the water fill line so you could only do half loads. now the water shuts off around 3 gallons before they used to. They also manipulated the thermostats on the dryers so they don’t even really dry the tiny load you now allowed to wash. Half the machines don’t even have hot water running to them anymore but they did before jetz service took over. MMMMMMM? Just one more atrocity I would like mention here folks is the fact that now our laundry facility smells quite pungent???!!!! I’m not sure I have ever been so dissatisfied with a service in my entire life as I am with Jetz Service. If I offended you or anyone else who works for this company I do not apologize because the company is literately scamming us out of our money"
"The WORST. their machines keep eating my quarters and they aren’t giving me my money back. Want to mail me $3 because their techs are too forgetful to drop off the money. Ridiculous. Had to dry 2 loads of laundry in my apartment and they didn’t give me my money back."
