"This place was great a few years ago, had every popular brand, all the flavors, and full shelves. I only ever stop here now if I’m on my way to work and extremely desperate. Last 3 times I’ve gone, there’s hardly anything on the shelves to choose from. I just had to stop last week for me and a coworker, bought 2 vapes and got to work, tried them, and they were both extremely burnt right out of the package, had to throw them away and now I’m out $43. Idk what’s gone wrong with this store anymore. I’m starting to wonder if they’re buying old/dead stock to supply."

"I’ve always loved this store, everyone’s always super friendly. It would be 5 stars but here recently it’s like y’all are having trouble with keeping stock up. I remember when y’all was always ontop of it and never ran out. Now it’s like you guys have nothing for weeks, especially the disposables."

I purchased a vape with a glass tank yesterday and could not get it working! I called and they said to bring it in and they will check it out and if they can't get it to work, they would gladly replace it. Also making sure the device I left with was working properly before paying for it. This place Knows the way to do business and to keep loyal customers happy, from their wide variety of items to their customer rewards program! This place has it all! "I pulled in the parking lot at 9:17 to see a sign on the door "Back in 20 minutes" Okay. No big deal, I'm completely out of juice at home so I can wait, and wait I did. I waited until 10:15pm and that was the longest 20 minutes of my life! Even better, seeing that I waited on you all and no one ever showed up, now I'm stuck all night without any juice at all. Wasted a trip from Ironton and back and I wont lie, I'm a bit upset."
