"Don't recommend for car key duplication. The price at the kiosk was 240 so I called the company and they said they could do it on site for 220 and i wouldnt have to wait in the mail. The person they sent tried to charge me 350 and it turned into a negotiation down to 240. He spent 2+hours trying to make a duplicate key. Couldn't do it, blamed the car for being stupid and surprised me with a 50dollar service fee. I will give him credit for trying hard, he just seemed to not be well trained and not knowledgeable in the task. I am adding an update a couple weeks after this posting to say that KeyMe corporate did Reach out to me and had the local vendor call me and they apologized for the bad experience and they did eventually refund me my 50 dollar service fee. I added a star back to the review to be 2 stars. I have to keep it below 3 stars because unfortunately the fact remains they still were unable to make a duplicate key despite wasting many hours of their time and mine. If you want to try them it is convenient that they come to you ...and I am sure they succeed more often than they fail. I hope your experience ends up better than mine. I will sign off saying that they did stand behind their full refund promise."

"Call operators are from India. Can't understand a word they say. Got the service done and two weeks later the key came out of sink and they wouldn't send a tech out until the next day. Missed a day of work and got charged again for their bad key. Never calling them again."
