"Absolutely the best realtor you could have helping you make one of your largest investments! Patrina helped me buy my house in 2013 and her advice and knowledge helped protect me from buying the house with a serious foundation issue before the sellers made the costly repairs needed to restore the failing foundation. 10 years later and i needed to sell my home to move to another state to try and look after my elderly mother, in the process, when ran into several obstacles and Patrina hung in with me even after I was ready to give up on the idea.
