"If I could give less than one star to Rodney Litterall I would. My son made multiple offers on a house he was interested in. The first time, after we had an offer in, we retoured the property and Mr. Litterall apparently already had an offer they were accepting but didn't bother to tell us and let us waste our time. It wasn't until early the next morning, before 8 am, when our agent had been repeatedly asking for a response to our offer, that Mr. Litterall told us that it was sold in a cash offer over asking price. Clearly that was not true because a week later it was back on the market and Mr. Litterall told our agent that the buyer couldn't get financing. So much for the story that it was a cash offer. He also told our agent that he had 15 to 18 offers all over asking price. If that was actually true wouldn't he have gone back to one of those potential buyers? Another clear lie. Despite these red flags my son made another offer and they failed to meet the deadline or respond to the offer in writing even when they finally responded. We tried multiple times to purchase this home from his sellers, who are apparently 70 something year old individuals who inherited this home. Every time we made an offer, because we kept extending the deadline, there was never any written response on time. Our agent tried on numerous occasions to call and/or text Mr. Litterall who would blatantly not respond when he said he would. This was literally the most unprofessional business dealing I have ever had. I feel sorry for the sellers because they are sitting on a property which undoubtedly will be difficult to sell because of the incompetence of Mr. Litterall. He should absolutely not have a real estate license. Just google his name to find out more."

"I called to see if they would be willing to rent to me with an eviction on my record. Instead of answering the question the woman asked me about what I was looking for, suggested 2 properties at the top of my price range & encouraged me to tour & apply for both homes. When the call ended I realized I never got an answer so I checked their site & they don't allow those with evictions to rent. This is the first time anyone had tried to trick me into wasting my time & money to apply for a home or apartment they knew they wouldn't allow me to rent. It's truly disgusting to meet my honesty with a lie & attempt to scam me out of an application fee."
