"Hi all, I went to the KeyMe booth in a Kroger at West Chester. Got 2 paid keys and 1 free. Unfortunately, 1 of the 3 keys didn't work, while another one was barely fitting inside the keyhole of the car. After I received an email asking me how were the keys doing, I replied with the issue above and immediately received a refund for 2 keys. "I had to wait a long time to get my keys done (not surprising, though, as this takes a long time), only to have the last few copies not work. However, as I was trying to figure out what to do, I checked my email, and to my surprise, KeyMe had already emailed me to notify me that they knew, and were instantly processing the refund for the keys that were not finished. When I tested out 1 of the 2 keys that I had made copies of, 1 worked perfectly. The 2nd one, however, got stuck in the door, and I almost couldn't get it out. But I was pleasantly surprised that, upon emailing KeyMe, they responded within the hour to find out more about the problem, and by the end of the day, they had done their part to issue a refund for it not working. Not sure what caused the issue, but I was very impressed with their responsiveness (practically anticipating what I would need), and then their friendliness to figure out the best way to handle the key not working correctly. I would recommend them highly! Even if you take a chance and something does not come out correctly, you can trust that they will hold up their end of the bargain and take care of you!"
