"Changing my rating yet again back down to 1 star. I'm closing my accounts and moving to Chase. I like the people there but screw this branch. They're closed at 4:30 on a freaking Friday! The hours are inaccurate and they close super early. The wait times are painfully slow. My dad closed all good business accounts years ago fort the way US Bank was treating him. After having accounts here for 30 years, I'm the next one to leave."

"The female with a heavy accent feels entitled and especially through a pandemic, not the time for that. I have been paying rent to my landlords account for over a year with no problem, and now is when they want to tell me that I can't unless I'm on the account. I was explaining that I have been coming to this bank again FOR A YEAR, and have NEVER had a problem, but then since I was "being rude" she refused service to me. She's in the wrong line of work if you want to tell people they can or can not do what they want with their money and not expect them to question it. Plus her accent makes it to hard to understand her and she obviously has no patience. Don't work this job if you don't have patience to work ONE day out of the week. There was a gentleman who obviously has far better customer service skills, and was able to explain to me what was going on. Thank you to him, her on the other hand, should find another job."

"It was great while it lasted. Account was closed without notice. I was in there early in the day, 7/15/19, and ordered a new card. Got it ordered, and everything was hunky dory. Tried to buy a Steam game and it was declined. Called up there and they said the account had been closed. I didn't close it, my boyfriend didn't close it. They said that department closed it. Now I have to wait on my final check from my previous employment to pick it up. No bank account to put it in. Guess I'm going somewhere else since I cannot reopen an account at USBank."
