"We've had these folks do work for us twice. Once on new construction and once on an older home. Both times they were honest, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. We were thankful we chose them because they knew their craft, they were efficient in that they arrived when they said they would and finished quickly. We highly recommend them."

"Oh shut, dealt with this company for 4 months, since before buying a house that needed a new well in June until November when they were supposed to come do the job, at first talked with Carleen(sweetest person ever) and David(who might be a good person and a man of his word, but has a man child as a son). I was told my job was booked for October 1st 2023, David came to my house dealt the details and shook my hand, then had to take time off for a heart surgery, told me his son was gonna call me in a few days, the day came and gone and I had to call his son, Keith to be told his daddy, David never put my project in his books so he couldn't get to me until February, I said his dad came here shook my hand and promissed me to be here in a week or so I mentioned our conversation and told him he should honor his dad's word, i mentioned that i only needed the drilling part because i have all the plumbing and machinery from my last well, he said "well now i dont feel like doing your job at all, there is where i make money, drilling has no profit margin, he told me to call in a few days because he was gonna talk to his daddy, I waited a week and had to call back and speak with his mom Carleen again at the office and was told to wait 3 weeks and they would be here, 5 weeks after I call again and she tells me her man child son was B u t t hurt after our conversation and refused to drive the truck to my job site and his Daddy David was still out of comission after surgery, anyways be your own judge if u like, but this company will never see my money for anything. I called Riddle well drilling LLC the same day Carleen told me no, 3 days later he was at my door step and a week or so later he is here doing the job Keith Yeager refused to do, because my words hurt his feelings(I never was rude or inconsiderated to his dad condition, but apparently asking for a little family honor is offensive to him)."

"I don’t recognize the company that the negatives are referring to. Both of my bathrooms flooded late on a Monday and knocked out our well pump. I called first thing Tuesday morning and they were here by 9 and restored our water. Couldn’t have been more helpful or professional; highly recommended."

"I do not recommend this company to anyone!!! Very rude and unprofessional. The owner came to my residence and the first thing he said to me was are you Hannah? I thought you were going to be older since you are divorced. The rude comments did not stop there.. as we walked to the back yard I had an initial trench dug for electric for a pool and before he made it to the well he began critiquing the depth of the trench and hammering me on it needing to be up to code. The whole time he was on the property he continued to bad mouth the company who initially dug the well and then complained about a plumbing company I had previously used. The only tools he brought were a wrench attached to a tape measure and an old truck mirror that he reflected light down into the well… I explained to him how many things I have had replaced and could not figure out the water issue only for him to question what I do for a living and asking how i could afford things. Lastly he flipped my breaker to my well in order to inspect then left and never flipped my breaker back on. I have went with a different well company and could not be happier with the results and price!!"

"I highly recommend them to anyone who needs there well worked on or a new well. They came out immediately and diagnosed the problem explained what had happened and what needed to be done to fix it. They were very nice and professional was here when they said they would be explained everything and made sure that we understood everything.
