"This company was hired to do sewage work in our subdivision. Knocked power out multiple times to the neighborhood. Costed all the contents in my fridge numerous times. They are on month 15 of a 90 day project. Behind schedule and constantly impede traffic when they are not even at the worksite. When work is over each day instead of removing their traffic impeding lights which takes 20 minutes, they leave them up. Glad the townships tax money went to this."
"Utter Construction rented a furnished property from me to accommodate their crews when they worked out-of-town. The crews were very negligent and l eventually had to issue a notice to vacate. I have made multiple attempts to settle for the cost of damages due to their neglect and the owner has refused to even acknowledge the problem. Apparently the owner is not willing to honor the rental contract. I am a small property company and their crews left my property with several thousand dollars worth of damage I have had to repair. I have tried for 6 months to settle this and have gotten NO response. Consumers and contractors beware."
"Reckless and aggressive drivers on the road. If they take work like they drive on public roads. Then you might want to find another company. Image and how you represent a company is not a part time job. Also if you call their advertised number, no answering machine, no operator, no option to speak to anyone. You have to know the first three letters on a name to be connected to their extention. Their machine automatically hangs up on you."
