"Great environment and staff. I have a back injury and wasnt going to the gym anymore. Brad has been patient and given me modifications at every workout. I love that there are not group classes. Every person gets a workout tailored to them, each session. Its hard to get bored. Im on month three, and still enjoying the experience. I also like the ability to text my trainer and get advice 24/7. Pretty sure you can get meal plans and products too, but I havent even dabbled into that yet. Still trying to rehab the injury! If you want to get started, youll need to speak to Brad or Brian, and see if its a good fit. There is no social media presence."
