"The place itself is great, lots of good equipment & nice atmosphere. But, I am begging you to never train with Izzy Larkins with Iz Larkins fitness. Yes, I made a “12 week commitment” and made it clear my only available time is Wednesdays 9am for my last month of it. Only multiple occasions she was late, once not even showing up, and once cancelled less than 12 hours before. Had me scheduled for all the upcoming Wednesdays at 9am to let me know SHE can’t make that work anymore. Then why have them all scheduled in her app? Would not give me a refund when she was the one who cancelled the scheduled time, not my fault on my end. 0/10 would recommend her, but have heard good things about other trainers there!"

"The best gym I’ve ever been too! Everyone in the gym is so welcoming, from the trainers to the clients. Everyone is so positive and always pushing you to work harder! The atmosphere is amazing; it is aesthetic, fun, encouraging, and the music is great. The cake factory is great for everyone regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, especially beginners! "The Cake Factory and all of its trainers are beyond professional and hardworking. I have seen all trainers in the gym from as early as 5am to 11pm with none to little breaks in between clients. And every single time I go each trainer still has the energy and upkeep as though they have only been there for one hour. All said trainers at this gym play a part in the atmosphere, energy, and over all experience. It is a family when you are there, not just a gym. Each trainer, even when you are not their said client, are there cheering you on, spotting if needed, and giving words of encouragement every second of the workout. This gym is for everybody, if one trainer might not work for you, there are 4 others you can rely on to get you to where you need to be. It is all about what clicks best for you. The Cake Factory is one for the books, I HIGHLY recommend going here. You will not regret it!"
